Abel Tasman - Golden Bay - Nelson - Nelson Lakes

The legendary Abel Tasman Park will appeal to all of you: tramping fans staying in huts or hotels, beach bunnies, canoeing enthusiasts, wildlife lovers, there is no way around such a must see destination! A minimum of 2 nights is advised, but you can stay longer if you want. People who seek a less conventional experience will head further North to the wilderness of Golden Bay. Cape Farewell and Split Farewell are both a bird watching and horse riding paradise. A challenging experience awaits fit trampers on Heaphy Track and in Nelson Lake National Park.
