New Zealand Wildlife Tours

“Mum, are there elephants in New Zealand? No there aren’t”
“Dad, are there kangaroos in New Zealand? No there aren’t any either”
“But what is there in New Zealand, then?”

Except for the rare but nevertheless endearing Kiwi birds that are mostly hidden in the remote native forest, Wildlife in New Zealand revolves around a strong ocean connection and kilometres of coastlines. The tourism offer doesn’t do justice to this theme. This is a mistake, and we consider wildlife as an important part of New Zealand. Hector dolphins and yellow-eyed penguins are endemic species. Whales, blue penguins, fur seals, albatrosses and many birds are on your watch list too.
We could have added possums to the list, but seeing them alive is rare. R.I.P!

These endangered wild animals will take you to magic and isolated places. These will bring an opportunity to visit unduly overlooked cities like Napier, Dunedin or Invercargill.
